I am thinking of cutting my hair shorter, but John objects pretty strenuously. At some point I'll lose patience and go get it cut anyway. Sorry honey, but once it's done it's done....
However, I remember Cate's advice: Never cut your hair when pregnant or planning a wedding. It's just a Bad Idea. I feel confident I could beat the odds and get a good haircut.... But I think I'll stay safe and take her advice anyway. I'll get it cut in a few months. That will keep John happy for a while longer anyway. :)
You look great with long hair. You have thefacial structure for it. I have a hard time imagining you with short hair, so I dunno... If he won't let you go get it cut, you could always lock yourself in the bathroom and chop it up yourself, then he'd insist you get it professionally fixed. :) 'Sides, you have your DL now, right? Go where you wanna go. ;)
harpie has a point. I know a lot of girls who've cut their hair just to save shampoo, conditioner, time, and hassle. Short hair is easy, just not as glamourous!
Yes, that's what I thought too. I already hold my friend's baby, and he loves to wrap his little hands into my hair. So I thought I'd eliminate that problem.
I'm not thinking of chopping it really short, just a little below shoulder length. That's long for most people, but it would be cutting off about 8 inches for me.
