C25K - on track for 10-minute miles

I'm keeping track of my c25k runs in a spreadsheet so I can track things like time, distance, speed. ( https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AsDD7GuTO_zxdDNveHVockZWTVk3SDVjYnpPSE5IcUE&hl=en ) I just added a formula to take out the walking bits, and assuming 3.5mph average walking speed (generous, I think, considering I'm barely moving during the last cooldown), I'm running at about a 10-minute mile, which would be just under the 30 minute mark for a 5k. I'm really excited to do this.

I'll be running the HeartBeat 5000 for the Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota the weekend before CONvergence. I signed up last year, but I was on a tight schedule to finish training last year, and I banged my shin really bad, so I dropped out in Week 5. This year, I'm being more careful about my shins, and could complete the c25k as early as 6 May if I don't take more than one day off between runs, and even if I did take the extra days off once a week, it's only mid-May before I finish it, which would give me another month and a half to build speed and endurance before the event itself.
