I'm putting this link here so I don't lose it. If you play a stringed instrument and are confounded by musical notations, this explains things simply in common sense terms and with graphical displays of patterns. I'm learning a lot about mandolin fretboard patterns and music theory this way.

I've decided that when I create icons for posting, I'm going to do it at mandydaxicons. Better than a filter because it's open to everyone, but you don't have to view it if you don't want to. Nothing there yet, but if you want to look at my creations when I post them, you can add it to your friends list. I will cut all entries with more than 3 icons so they don't bog down your friends page loading. I may go back and find the entries I'm done before and copy them over. I copied over the old posts and put some info in the profile, including how to credit and where to view the complete collection. |
